The Chinese are smarter than that. I guarantee you that they have learned what imperialist Japan did wrong and will try not to make the same mistakes as they pursue their own imperialist ambitions.

Anyway, the whole nonsense over China planning a nuke attack on America is just one of many "what if" scenarios. In this case, the "what if" scenario is Cold War II, with America and China standing off just like America and the old USSR did.
