Westeguaards posting reminds me of something I happened to read over the weekend...we had been discussing the possiblity of the preferred's dumping stock a couple months back, and I had read that in addition to 144 issued stock, the reg-s stock was also required to be held for 2 years. This might take a little worry out of some heads about a conversion anytime soon? Anybody else aware of this?
