But you are looking at this from the wrong end

I am far more concerned about excluding children or truly needy individuals than weeding out any cheaters

You are willing to deprive truly needy people of food so the occasional cheater doesn't get something you don't

That is grotesque...and totally republican...and thoroughly fucked up
