<<So much for the reverse allowing for institutional investors to take notice>>

I have never understood why reverse-splits are expected to attract institutional investors. Yes the price goes up, but it is artificial. Don't you think the institutions will notice that? Reverse-splits are always initiated from a position of weakness, whereas a buyback comes from strength and is more likely to result in sustained prices, and therefore more likely to be noticed.

CAPR is merely behaving like a classic reverse-split and it's going to take a lot more than positive thinking to change that. The company may have a great product, but I'm afraid it's becoming ripe for a tag sale.

Perhaps investors can emerge from this wreckage a bit wiser, and the next time they are asked to vote for a reverse-split, they'll run for for the nearest exit, or at the very least, just say no.

Condolences to all,

HT
