Jay: I appreciate your response and I find it credible. I'm also grateful to find objective information about the company, since I'm long. I don't feel that you were touting the company in your interview. I published several hundred reviews in my time, and I know there can be pressure from one direction or another. There were companies that tried (hard) to get me fired because I wrote a negative review. I enjoy the quality of your work, to the extent I've seen it. If there are issues with regard to your agency I suppose it will all come clear, in time. I hope you and Steve work it out. I believe Steve is sincerely concerned about the ethical issues. Linda
