John, I wasn't aware of the Zoran-DELL connection ... from the press release (maybe I skimmed it too quickly), it wasn't even apparent whether the CUBE chips was in a PCI add-on board or on the motherboard. Anyone know how the CUBE chip is connected? In any case, the MPEG-2 encoder looks good, the DVD chip looks good ... and both will open new markets to C-Cube. -Bill
