Then when everything is a disaster they say we will fix it and then force through legislation making everything single payer, the government. Could it all be the biggest bait and switch swindle of all time?

Many people think that way, including me. Both ends have to be destroyed, with the people caught in the middle with no insurance at all. First screw up the registration, then have most of the existing plans eliminated. People would be screaming for an instant fix.

The republicans wouldn't stand a chance of stopping this. The libs and the lapdog press would have huge headlines:

"THE REPUBLICANS WANT YOU TO DIE WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE".

That would naturally be followed by:

Republicans are RACIST in their plans and want to eliminate minorities.

Of course, that would now mean eliminating the white middle class, but few people realize that yet.

It would pass within 30 days with enormous (HAH!) bipartisanship.
