The facts, the things we know, do not comport with any aspect of your comment.

We already know that almost all private plans, over time, will shut down, by design of the HHS regs.

We already know that the number of doctors accepting Medicare and Medicaid are on the decline, and that in some states provider participation in particular plans thus far amount to 1/3 of what it was previously. We also know that businesses are having to restructure and eliminate health insurance benefits for many employees, resulting in their losing coverage and/or their provider.

And most importantly, no one has "access" to coverage that they cannot afford, and we know there are many, many people who are in that category.

It is not at all beyond the realm of likelihood that we will end up with fewer people having health insurance than we began with.
