sounds reasonable except for a couple of things. 1. black hawk has a fair amount of exposure to nickel properties in the east which are of no interest. 2. there are 85,000,000 shares at .35 is 30m and a premium and that is too much cash. how would this be financed without an immediate settlement with Kaz? Remember there is suppose to be an aquistion/merger in the works for a uranium play. Any thoughts?

Also, I believe as someone here mentioned before that uranium resources may be a good fit. Remeber, there aren't many producing or near producing juniors in the U.S and wws as been clear that they have no interest in long term exploration plays such as strathmore. VP has worked with uranium resources before and they are having a lot of difficulty in the last couple of quarters. stock is down from 8.5 to under 3.5 today. market cap is around 50m. Also seems high, perhaps a merger??
