be utterly amazed, if BNGO ever saw 4 3/4.

This is what I am working on in my mind. What would cause the stock to drop below $5 after the call.

1. Not the professionals and arbs. If anything they might end up net short on this deal and will have to cover in the open market.

2. Not on fundamentals. The company will earn around .44 this year and my worst case scenario next year (assumes no new deals etc...) is .35. In either case, a stock price below $5 is unjustified.

3. Not the political games being played. Anyone that understands that game is buying on the news, not selling. There will be VGM in SC and BNGO will be right up at the top.

4. Not the new taxes. If anything, the machines will be re-set and pay-outs lessened to cover the new taxes. A tax generally is not paid for by the person paying the tax, but passed on to the consumers. This should be no exception and the cost of doing business will not suffer.

5. Not on TX outlawing public ownership of BNGO centers...it was overturned.

6. Not Supply/Demand. The new shares are already spoken for in that the stock has been shorted and will be covered with the new shares. Therefore the new shares have already been purchased and the supply pressure we would see we are already seeing.

7. ??????

The only reason would be that management loses their minds and starts to do bad deals and ruins cash flow. However, with 16.5 in the bank plus some and cash flow from operations, they would really have to stink up the place to cause that to happen.

I just don't see much downside. I guess I don't see it going below $5 period. Anyone else considering the potential downside? What do you see?

GO PACK GO!
