For the September 2013
quarter, distributions were in excess of NII by $4.3 million and $0.01 per share, distributing some of the
excess which was built up in the previous fiscal year."

The guidance was disappointing as well

We estimate that our NII for the current December 2013 quarter will be $0.28 to $0.33 per share.

I'm surprised it traded up a bit in after hours. I'll probably sell all of mine at $11.40 if it is still bid there tomorrow. I don't like paying 70 cents over book value for a stock with decelerating interest income.
