In the spirit of go along to get along I gave it a try, press start, all programs, etc., right click on the icon. I even watched a youtube video which purported to walk me through it although there was no sound, just screen shots not looking at all like what my machine was dishing up. I give up. I ignore ads and that pink box is just an ad. I'm sorry you are having financial difficulties but doubt ads are the solution. Sometimes a business model stops working and people go do other things.
