Re: GSE

I did not go through the transcript and am still researching the company. You make good points but the stock has also sold off significantly too. It's definitely a recovery project and my bet is quite small. I am going to keep a tight leash on this one.

I am trying to find more plays in the small cap area and w/ those companies any amount of debt can be a challenge. The key for GSE is to double sales and this CEO more than others can do that. As you pointed out, their products do not generate high margins and that probably will not change unless they can reduce their manufacturing costs and/or operating costs too.

They do have a lot of growing sales channels for their products and that is a plus. They are going to have to be creative w/ vendors and customers to make this work.

BK is a real possibility if sales dry up but if that was the plan, you would have seen a different CEO. I think they are going to give it a real shot on making this work. For me, it's an ok risk/reward proposition but their time line for making the necessary changes is running.
