To Michael Grasso:

1) I have no connection to Joe Champion. I have met him in the past and invested time and money with Joe and his associates. It was a terrific learning experience.

2) Joe Champion called me and apologized for any embarassment that he might have caused me. I said there was none. He said he had removed the information from the server. He did so on his own volition.

3) I am not now nor have I ever been a director of Goldbusters. Joe Champion proposed a board of directors without asking the candidates and posted his proposals on the internet.

4) I plan on moving to the Caribbean soon with the rest of the Naxos shareholders. I hope you will join us.

We have some friends named Grasso in Chatham, NJ. Any relation?
