Joan, I heard ML lowered ORCL's FY98 earning to $0.90 from $1.13, ML also lowered ORCL's (12 months) target price from $46 to $38. Can you or someone confirm this please? If anyone have any analyst downgrade report(s), please post them. Thanks, Xy
