Incorporating in Delaware or Nevada? The idea of moving East is appropriate. That's were this is going.
It's the name change that intrigues me. It's the difference between a pill and a scab. That would be working like a scab. Not a replacement worker scab, but the kind that the body forms in its effort to heal.
In investment terms, biopharmaceutical more precisely describes a sector. So, there is a describing name, Provectus, and a describing sector, biopharmaceutical.
There must be a dam good reason to be bothering with this name change. It must be that important, somehow.

What I don't know has filled a partial page and it was not at all difficult.
