Snowshoe, surely you can see the difference between keeping an eye on foreigners in your own country, especially so-called [giggle] foreign 'diplomats', and drag-netting all of Cyberspace around the world and anything that moves anywhere, so that no individual anywhere has any private, personal communicationrs or personal attributes, so that some time in the future they can be black-mailed, have their assets stripped, be wrongfully detained, arrested or imprisoned, or perhaps even "droned". Can you really not see the difference? And, because some criminal in Outer Berzerkistan does something nasty, doesn't mean it's okay for you to do it too. Mqurice
