For sure, it would work politically and help heal the credibility rift that I see developing with regard to the WH.

The problem is the ACA is clearly becoming a very major dispenser of pork, to a whole new set of constituents. Everyone will clamor for their piece, and who is going to pay for it all?

If the only significant problem is doubling the rates on the 5% who have been wise enough to formerly carry high deductible insurance, then ACA will likely succeed.

But I suspect the problems currently seen are insignificant to the problems which will be apparent near the start of 2015.
