Define "level playing field"?

As for "child labor being imported here". It isn't going to happen, for all the reasons I already laid out. Broadly legal child labor isn't going to happen in the US and isn't necessary to compete with other countries, and wouldn't be necessary if we dropped every import barrier (including supposedly neutral regulations that were largely created as, or kept as, import barriers).
