Ignorant.

We're not talking about 16 Trillion in debt. More like 116 Trillion.

More importantly, the report on which this fool's article was based accounted for assets, including petroleum, not at its Net Realizable Value but at its gross value (e.g., assuming $100/bbl for oil) and gives no account to the cost of recoverability.
