As you know for software companies like ORCL, their revenues came from
1) License fee
2) Upgrading
3) Installation of new seats

If the license fee income growed only by 3%, which means ORCL did not gain too many new seats at all, which means new customers or users. So, to what products did those customers
switch to ?
