Apparently, uss is buying Valley labs ultrasonic equipment...I may be wrong but these ultrasonic instruments are used more for precise surgical dissection of tissue, say liver and soft tissue, whereas the misn units are more like blind tissue aspirators. (??) I'm not sure if these devices are the same or if any one unit can perform both functions.
