Is there really a law called 'Failing to supervise his employees"? <The S.E.C., despite settling with SAC in March, subsequently brought a civil case against Cohen, charging him with failing to supervise his employees and prevent insider dealing.> Maybe the full title is "Failing to supervise his employees and prevent insider dealing".

Imagine if such a law became general. "Failing to supervise soldiers who committed crimes against humanity". "Failing to supervise police who poked their fingers into ladies' genitals on the side of the road." "Failing to prevent criminals assaulting the public and failing to stop them breaking and entering houses."

There are made up laws these days with no actual law existing in regard to such things.

Increasingly, the charge is "We the bosses don't like you so you are charged with us disliking you."
