We have gangs of criminals and we also have gangs of cops. The cops are charged with protecting the commons but sometimes make horrific mistakes against innocent law abiding citizens. When that happens the cops routinely cover things up and do so with impunity. Most judges will side with the cops unless there is some corroborative photographic evidence. Always carry a cell phone with a camera, a disposable camera and a digital camera. If you can afford it equip your vehicles with front and back cameras because you can be assured of one thing the police will always lie about any incident. In the old days cops had powers of discretion today they can only work inside the box and follow the rule book. Their rule book... Most Important...
