Josef, I am not sure the link was necessary but funny anyway... Yes, two reasons I believe good enough to stay out: 1- off its 52 week high and therefore tax loss selling pressure 2- expectations higher than actual _existing_ market I have been on this board for a while (sometimes on the buy sometimes on the sell side) and the only thing that is sure (aside from the fact that prices will fluctuate) is that a negative opinion about a stock will invariably attract retaliation from dedicated shareholders.... It is just your money and my money, no competition to see who is going to be right or wrong. Just my opinion for all its worth. sg
