**Response from Joe Lanza**
Wes & Dan,
Both of you have been stating that I "Said things that were completely untrue". These remarks are slanderous at best. Why don't you list these statements? The world and I are waiting. What I told you, were facts that were given to me. In my profesion, being acused of lying is serious stuff. Keep in mind that my company believes the same information, and invested it's funds acordingly. Dan, you got a hair up your butt, because you fell for the same stuff I did. You think that I have betrayed your family's trust, but who do you think is funding Maesa? Would you put in your time and money for others?
Now Wes, Kevin, Jack, ect.
1st. If Xecom was $8, $6, or even $3 a share, would I catch all of this B.S.?
2nd. If a person and his company are buying stock, does that mean he wants the stock down?
3rd. Am I the one calling people like Dan, spreding misinformation, and dumping large blocks of stock into the market?
4th. Who benifits from the stock plunging?
All of you should answer these questions, and maybe a light will click on. I apologies that I didn't see the game sooner. We as shareholders have been played. Even the shorts were used. Who benifits from driving the price down, and generating Bad feelings for Xecom, myself, and current management. Dan can testify that I wasn't the one who called. Who had Xecom and IWIC sued?
I am willing to bet, that one of the people we are suing called Dan, and then dumped his stock, just in time for year end. Even Dan, who has his own agenda, might start drawing lines. To sum things up, 1st, name these "untruths". 2nd, who wins by turning the shareholders against the company? 3rd, IWIC has been buying stock, I just never thought that I could get it this cheap!
Have a great Holiday
