So your theory is the following:

1) Actions which are productive (when viewed in isolation) may have a net negative effect on the economy in some situations. (I got you to admit that one!)
2) Actions which are destructive (when viewed in isolation) can NEVER have a net positive effect on the economy in ANY situation.

Is that your economic theory??
