How the market works :

There's about a 99% chance that ET Flow in TSLA has bottomed, but sentiment is dominating price. GS's analyst mentioned that TSLA had a target of 104, where the 200 MA is at. This sows a downside price expectation in the collective trader unconscious. The stock will probably work its way lower while the savvy accumulate on weakness. There was strong institutional buying when the stock passed below 140. Given the influence of sentiment in this market, the highest I've ever seen, specifically because of the unbounded upside afforded by interest rate inverse yield and the lack of public participation, trader selling will churn out a fairly brief base near current levels. So while the long holders buy, the traders sell, and this dynamic resolves when fundamentals materially change.
