How did charting came about/

ARRS 2 year chart started with their Moxi set-top box which added substantial revenue from a number of small cable franchises. Then on March 15 Motorola was bought by ARRS.

The potential curve in the charting falls onto the quarterly earnings report. Both stockholders and market makers are aware of the market demands.

So charting is based on fundamentals.

Moxie set-top boxes will sell much better if they are retailed at the cable offices.
