To all of you researching other warrant calls, I thought I would pass on something interesting that was brought to my attention. Modular Vision Systems Inc. (MVSI) just finished their warrant call. They had roughly 5,000,000 publicly traded warrants that they called in late October, early November. The warrants entitled the holder to purchase one share of common for $4. The company had the right to call the warrants if the common traded at or above $8 for 20 consequative days (sound familiar?). The common hit $9 and the warrants were called shortly afterward, with a call expiration date of Dec. 8th (yesterday) The common tank over the next several weeks, approaching the $5 level. However, over the past couple of days the stock has shot up, closing at 6 7/8 today. I thought this might be some food for thought as BNGO's call appears to have some very interesting similarities to the one above. Check out the chart. Could the same fate be awaiting BNGO? I don't know, but if I were sitting on the sidelines with $$$, I would be ready with my finger on the trigger. Just my opinion.
