I think you are taking some things too far. Jesus came to save and save permanently for those who are SINCERE. In your examples, such as a saved person shooting people, there could only be two reasons for such behavior. First, the person was NOT sincere when they accepted Christ, and therefore they were never saved. Or, the person is mentally ill, and in that case, it is in God's hands to decide their fate, not ours, whether they accept Christ or even shoot people in their mental state.

But when a sane person sincerely asked for Jesus forgiveness and asked sincerely and repentantly for Him to save them, forgive their sins, and be the Lord of their life and grant them eternal life, that is a permanent GIFT that nothing and no one can take away, unless that person completely changes their heart and mind and willfully REJECTS Jesus and tells Him they do not want salvation any longer. I suppose that could happen, if a Christian were brain washed by an atheist or evil person, and they truly changed their heart condition.

But simply sinning after salvation does not lose one's salvation, because no matter how hard a human tries, they will always fall from time to time until Heaven. I do think, however, that a true Christian will never feel good about sinning and continue to purposely pursue sinning. They will feel bad and try to stop. Even an addict who cannot stop will never totally give over to it if they gave their heart to Jesus. But remember, they are human and frail, so they may die an alcoholic or addict, but that does not negate their sincere acceptance of salvation.

A murderer is another thing altogether, as no sane person would pursue such activity and keep doing it. Could a saved person snap and kill someone? Sure, but if they were truly saved, they would confess and repent for the act. BUT, even if they sunk in depression and never repented of that single sin, their salvation would not be taken away by God due to their mental instability.

You are straining at gnats and trying to think of the 1 in 100 million circumstances where we have to leave it in God's hands, because we can't comprehend the answers. For 99%, once saved IS always saved.
