Absolutely most areas hit by hurricanes, by tornadoes, by droughts, by floods are red areas and not as populated anyway with a few exceptions like So Fla and New Orleans. It ain't really the west coast or northeast which are blue and where most plutocrats live.. Super storm Sandy hitting where it did a very rare event..
