DEAC looks to be run by EDS (http://edscompanies.com/) and it is really starting to look like Sarah Meyers is the mastermind behind all of this. I looked at SMAA's (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/nfvda/SMA-Alliance-Inc-SMAA-20757/) finances and they are profitable so I expect DEAC is the same. I think the Belize connection (Habanero Properties LTD AKA. Pinnacle Financial Group (Belize) Ltd)(http://www.ifsc.gov.bz/licensed-service-providers/list-b/) is the Automotive Finance company that is bankrolling this venture and is sitting in the background as a silent partner. DEAC has a lower share structure than SMAA and is OTCQB so therefore I believe has the ability to go much higher in price than SMAA. It looks like we picked a winner. The quarterly is due this week. It should be interesting because DEAC will have to show more of it's hand. About Sarah Myers: Founder/Director Sarah Myers is the co - developer of SMA Alliance’s software and co - founder of SMA Alliance. Mrs. Myers has been and continues to be a key person in the infrastructural design and development of SMA Alliance as a software provider and service company. Mrs. Myers earned her bachelor’s degrees in English and Pre-law with a minor in Greek from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Mrs. Myers graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a 3.995 GPA. Mrs. Myers has completed her law degree at Nashville School of Law, and awaiting Bar Examination results. While working as an administrator at a local aut omobile dealer during courses in college, Mrs. Myers took an interest in computer software and internet trends, leading her to co-develop the software which drives SMA’s online marketing and advertising company.
