Dave,

The direction is understandable... we should expect some tax selling at this point. If the packet and other news looks good, it will be a good time (and price) to take advantage of it. Personally, unless I get reason for a real bad feeling, I am a holder and buyer through the middle of next year. MSYS is currently at a stage of being able to build the infrastructure of the business, including a fundamental transformation of the business focus, without a lot of people focusing on the stock. They seem to be continuing to make solid moves. When this does start to move, I think it will make an initial quick jump, then hold for a while. That may even happen as soon as the end of January as tax sellers and others that have followed in the past decide to get back in. This was once an $8 stock. If the transformation works, this could easily be a $3-4 issue by the end of '98. With the liklihood of the major equities slowing down next year, more focus will be made on small caps and hopefully micro's. One thing I think MSYS will need, other than some sales by Life Serv, is publicity.

Looking for your info as you get it.
