From a TA perspective:

Doesn't seem to be strong evidence for up or down in the ST. Low RS and price is at the bottom of the bollinger bands. But then again the 60 day MA has crossed the 200 day MA moving south. That's downward momentum. North or South? Looks like a toss up to me.
