Sold short a couple of November 15th 22 puts on UVXY for .65 each.

I understand the risk of long term loss of capital on a buy and hold strategy on this. But will write calls if assigned and expect little downside risk due to :
1. Availability of weekly options
2 .Strikes at each .50 interval
3. Probability of a continued high premium on weekly calls due to the potential of a 20-40% spike in the underlying should a sudden increase in volatility emerge.

The long term chart on UVXY is an education in itself! Note the reverse 1-for-10 back in June 2013.
