Why not just buy more?

I can see the value argument and agree with how you've parsed out the revenue. What I don't agree with is that the key factor is 'luck' and that it will even out somehow, miraculously. What is the company doing wrong and how do they intend to fix it? I also think the settlements are much weaker than you are intimating and if the financial reports confirm that this will become and remain a $2 stock.

Change for the better will come with management corrective action, not magical thinking that "the coin tosses are bound to start going our way". We have seen no corrective actions nor have we heard of any. Same old approach of farming out the legal work and using that distance to avoid accountability. What you've posted is undoubtedly what the company believes and why I think the strategic review will not be treated seriously, to the favour of management and the detriment of shareholders....

It is time to BUY when shorts or accumulators are posting furious FUD and longs are overly fretting. I added 15k shares at about $3.30/sh yesterday. The SP is nearing a low point from a sentiment perspective. We are already below on fundamentals. WIN should assign an NPV for their developed (de-risked revenue) and undeveloped patents (risked revenue), similar to what occurs in the O&G sector for proved + probable reserves.

WIN trades at forward P/DACFPS of about 3x which is LOW and 0.5x NAV (guesstimate). We have a solid company with a bright future (4G/ LTE), not a broken company with no future. Management have been fair to shareholders and are doing their best to be aggressive, and this is the reason why so many settle prior to litigation decisions. WIN will have their day on the winning side of a verdict one day soon.

WIN can lose a few decisions and still break even on the strategy, but need to go all the way if companies do not meet the minimum expectations for a settlement. We have been lucky in many ways and unlucky in a few big ones. Over time the luck will even out.

My money is where my mouth is ... good luck to all!
