Why spend top dollar on experts (and offer them lucrative options) if it's already all 'baked in'? How do the BOD and management add value or create a path for growth and do so without ramping litigation expenses?

Your floor revenue estimate is far from 'known' - Q413 was a revenue bubble quarter and the drop off could be more significant and permanent, especially in light of WiLAN"s acquired/deserved zero court credibility.

All of that thinking is baked into the stock price. Now everyone knows that management was trying to fill a declining revenue hole. We now know what the backlog is. Patents are valued at virtually zero. We lost the major cases. Innovation act is coming out hard against patent trolls. All analysts cut estimates down significantly. Management started a strategic review. We know that revenue will reset to about the $24-25M level and litigation costs are going down.

You have to think that we are close to having all of the negative sentiment is priced into the stock. So then you have to ask what positive surprises are not priced in?

Interestingly, Elder system just notched a "buy" signal.
