This may sound heartless, but it is true." I completely agree. We NEED "death panels" not associated with the family to determine if we are at the end of a person's life. Euthanasia should be legally provided, if desired. If a family wants to put it on their dime, fine. Doing just that would have Medicare on sound financial footing in no time.
