Michael: I talked with our legal consultant in charge of U.S. securities matters today about this, and he indicated that Naxos has not received any non-compliance notice from the NASDAQ or other authorities in regards to financial information. For the last four years our auditors have been Deloitte and Touche, one of the highest regarded auditors in the world. We have received financial clean bills of health since 1987. It is my understanding that we have filed financial information with all necessary authorities. Regards, Kim W.
