I had purchase SEH @ 13 1/8 and it serve me well,today I think that the drop is purely technical,a reaction to the increase in dividends, .OR MAYBE WE SHOULD LOOK DEEPER INTO THE BALANCE SHEETS. I have the PEG at 1.20, not bad.
