Based on everything I've read, I'd say there is a cyclical downturn in fab building, so some semi-equips will most likely experience pushouts at some point. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the timing of such announcements might be(Infrastructure's sounds reasonable), but Cymer may trade down with group when they occur.

RE:chance for a significant rebound
Cymer will only trade up when there is a realization by the market that all semi-equips are not created equal and spending on the move to smaller feature sizes will take place in lieu of fab building expenditures. Timing of this realization???

We won't know if there is a deep cyclical downturn until we are into it(DUH!), but I would bet on a small(short) downturn of little consequence to the DUV tool market.

Lastly, everything I said above would mean nothing if the US went into recession, but I don't see that occuring.

Why do I feel like a BS artist all of a sudden? :-)
