Not for documents created before 2008, not covered. I've been saying for a long time they are going to get him on the felony of identity theft by using a stolen Social Security Number and maybe for fraudulently receiving aid as a foreign student when he wasn't foreign as proven by his own long form BC release. I love when a fraud bites somebody in the ass and the fake BC is perfect.
