I was wanting to know if you know anything about the Regulation D and if it is completed? Is this the same thing as the Private Placement I am reading about in the SEC filings? The Private Placement is for about 3million shares and almost all of it is going to insiders. Aren't overseas sales and insider selling the worst things that can happen to a company's stock? How can insiders make millions on a company when the company iteself owes 7 million dollars and shareholders are getting the shaft? Is this legal?
