LRAD Corporation Broadens its Mass Notification Product Line with the Introduction of the LRAD 360Xm
LRAD announces a follow-on order for an international oil & gas customer
SAN DIEGO, Nov. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LRAD Corporation (Nasdaq:LRAD), the world's leading provider of long range acoustic hailing devices (AHDs), today announced the availability of the LRAD(R) 360Xm, a highly intelligible compact product designed for shorter distances and defined spaces. This product meets the customer demand for a smaller version of the 360X in the mass notification and emergency warning system markets.
The 360Xm expands LRAD's product footprint while safely delivering voice and emergency broadcasts with LRAD's unsurpassed clarity and range with uniform 360 degree coverage. The 360Xm provides highly intelligible live voice or prerecorded communications over 2.2 sq km. The product's lightweight design allows for easy installation and does not require heavy equipment for installation.
