Seemed to me that he was fairly adamant about wanting to stay at BORL.

Until now, I have firmly believed that Yocam was totally committed to Borland. However, after having listened to that clip, it is evident that he has had discussions with AAPL, is considering the position, and was setting out the conditions under which he would return to AAPL.

Three times he was asked, and three times he [not so skillfully] dodged the question, refusing to even mildly refute the allegations of interest in AAPL.

Get ready guys, he's on his way......
