Since stating that someone is guilty of theft of services, which is a criminal offense, I would like to hear clarification from Dimitry before passing judgment, and you should refrain from repeating such defamatory comments without proof.

It wouldn't be too hard for Dale to file a suit against you, subpoena SI and find you. Now I doubt Dale is the type to do that but accuse me of something criminal and watch how fast you will empty your piggy bank into your lawyer's pocket. Asking a question is fine, stating something that damages someone's reputation as fact, when you clearly don't have the proof can get rather expensive. Just some words of advice from someone who has never lost a lawsuit from either side of the bench, and won plenty, including one in 2011 that went over 7 figures. The counter party's attorney screwed up so bad he had to pay back over $220,000 in his legal fees to avoid a malpractice suit from the defendant's insurance company, who are the one's that hired him.
