IDSA. I don't really understand what it means. Apparently the company sold 125,000 shares to Blue Equity under some deal. If the deal wasn't going to be completed (and it wasn't) Blue Equity had the right to compel the company to repurchase the 125,000 shares at the sales price of $4 per share. Instead apparently, the 85 year-old retired founder of the company stepped forward and bought the shares himself to increase his control from around 10% to about 28%. Why would he do that...presuming he knew what he was doing and still had his wits about him? (Apologies if it's an ageist comment... I'm a geezer too though, you know). Heretofor, the guy had been buying a few thousand shares at a time, and in the $2 range. finance.yahoo.com
I got to take this as a very strong belief in the company and positive outlook for the stock price. And maybe soon. So I'm holding on to the shares I have remaining, and I may add more on any dip.
