it secret because if it got out it might impede the investigation? Revealing the bounty might cause deep voices to hide deeper. I don't agree with this position. Big money brings 'em to the surface sooner or later. As I implied earlier State has been forced to gamble, but who is State now? Not the same personnel of BenGhazi. Many have resigned.
