The plan.
Toy a bit with the FED pulling the plug in the tube injecting 85 billion a month in the US economy.
Market start selling emerging markets
Capital will flood back on 'flight for safety"
Emerging markets will sell any foreign reserves they hold to defend currencies
Impossible to defend currencies they go seeking IMF World Bank help
Old story that have written many times here.
It was tried and succeeded many times before.
As a result of capital flight and plummeting emerging markets' currencies rich countries would get cheap imports.
Emerging markets would be beginning them to grow to export their cheap exports.
Only that this time did not work.
